Rates Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due To Our New Insurance We Are Required To Have A List Of

             Names Of All Indivduals In The Party Upon Booking

Holiday and Summer Weekend Rates

  • Cabin #6 - $625 per night

  • Cabins #7 - 8 $375 per night

MAGGIE ON THE RIVER

On weekends during our peak season, May 20th through October 20th, we charge full house rates with a 2-night minimum requirement. All cabin rentals receive 10% off with all the activities offered at Adventures on the Gorge(AOTG). Also, with any paid AOTG activity, you will receive a free evening pool pass.

Weekday and Off Season Rates

  • Cabin #6 -14 Person (2 baths) $265 per night for 2 people $30 for each additional person

  • Cabin number #7 & 8- a Person (1 1/2 baths) $195 per 2 people a night, $30 a night for each additional person

  • Weekly Rate for All Cabins 7th Night free

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

A deposit of one-half (50%) of the total rent, excluding taxes, is required for reservation confirmation. Deposits less than 30 days out require full payment. Refund on cancellations only if the cabin is re-rented for your reservation period. A 20% service charge will get deducted from all refunds. No refunds on early departure or bad weather. A credit card number is required for security and damage deposit. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Check-in 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM or later by special arrangement

  • Check out by 11:00 AM

  • An additional charge of $50 per hour for late checkout

BUTTERFLY

All Cabins come with Hot Tubs, Fire Pit, Wood Burning Fireplace, Washer Dryer, Full Kitchen, Queen Beds

Noise Policy

No house parties with outside guests permitted. We ask that after 10pm, our guests refrain from loud or disturbing noise.
