Check-In/Check-Out Policy

No contact check-in or check-out is available upon request. If you are arriving after hours you can call 304-658-5005 for assistance. There is a $50 charge per hour for late checkout. 

Check-in 4:00 pm
Check-out 11:00 a.m.

You will receive the code to your door lock keypad via text or email.

The hot tubs are drained & cleaned after each reservation and will be on and heating up upon your arrival.  

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

We don't accept cash or checks. VRBO processes all funds. Please see the VRBO listing for the policies that apply to deposits, cancellations, and refunds. 

Excess Cleaning Fees

All fees are charged through VRBO. 

Noise Policy

No house parties with outside guests are permitted. We ask that our guests refrain from loud or disturbing noise after 10 p.m.
